    Abstract：

    地方政府作为我国政府的重要组成部分，其发展运行状态直接影响着我国政府的稳定性。当前，世界各国普遍面临着一大难题，即政府债务。所以，各级地方政府应增加防范债务风险的分析能力，根据我国实际国情，制定出合理可行的风险管控措施，优化财政资金运营能力。为此，文章主要对地方政府债务问题及风险进行了分析，提出了相应的控制措施，以供大家参考借鉴。
