本文着重探讨了高职院校工会的定义和职能，分析了工会开展教职工思想政治教育工作时面临的挑战，并对有效开展教职工思想政治教育的多样化策略进行了简要总结，希望能够为高职院校的工会工作提供新的思路，使工会工作取得最佳的实践成果。
