Abstract：

在新时代背景下，电力企业党建和政治工作队伍建设对于促进企业健康发展、提高员工思想政治素质具有重要意义。本文分析了电力企业党建政工队伍建设的现状和面临的挑战，提出了新时期电力企业党建政工队伍建设的有效途径，以期为电力企业党建工作提供有益的参考。
