Abstract：
随着城市化进程不断加快，建筑机电安全问题日益凸显。为解决电气设备老化、消防设施不完善、燃气管道泄漏、电梯安全保护装置失效等隐患，本文对建筑机电安全隐患及整改措施进行研究，提出定期检修电气设备、完善消防设施配置、加强燃气管道检测维修、定期检测电梯安全保护装置等对策，本文的研究成果以期为物业管理人员和相关从业人员提供参考。
