    Abstract：

    目前，国家大力支持农村地区经济发展建设，相应投入了大量资源，使农村地区各项基础设施逐步完善。其中，从农村交通运输体系建设角度来看，一味增加公路工程数量并非长久之道，不足以真正满足农村地区经济发展需求。因此，需在工程建设的同时，一并强化工程养护，既要在新建公路工程的基础上，提高农村交通便利性、发达性，也要在养护中延长现有公路使用寿命。
