Abstract：
国际人才培养机制一直是各国高等教育领域探讨的热点话题之一。本文以中、美、德三国高等教育为研究对象，从跨文化交流的视角出发，探讨了这三国在国际人才培养方面的机制和实践。通过比较分析，可以发现不同国家在人才培养方面的优势和挑战，为不同国家间的经验交流和借鉴提供一定的参考和启示。
