Abstract：
“双减”政策是国家为减轻义务教育阶段学生过重课业负担、促进学生全面发展而采取的重大举措。本文基于“双减”背景，探讨了加强初中物理单元教学设计的重要意义，分析了当前教学设计存在的主要问题，并从科学编排教学内容、创新教学方式、改革作业考核、加强教师培养等方面提出了优化对策，以期为同行教师提供参考和借鉴。
