    Abstract：

    在城市高质量发展与铁路货运向现代化物流发展的背景下，为缓解物流中心用地需求规模大和城市供地不足的矛盾，铁路货场用地受限条件下开展铁路装卸线上盖开发系统性工程研究。本文结合深圳市铁路货运发展现状，基于深圳平湖南铁路货场，阐述了铁路货场上盖开发的意义，分析了铁路货场对上盖开发的控制因素以及盖上、盖下设计的影响，提出铁路货场的平面布置模式、结构设计、消防设计、交通设计等技术研究，以期打造全球领先的综合物流枢纽。
