    本研究以发展区视域下的汽车行业为背景，探讨了汽车类人才培养模式。研究采用了工作室制作为核心机制，通过理论分析和实践探索，提出了一种新型的人才培养模式。该模式强调了理论与实践相结合的培养方式，注重培养学生的实际操作能力和解决问题的能力，以适应汽车行业的发展需求。研究结果表明，工作室制有助于提高学生的综合素质和创新能力，为汽车行业输送更加适应市场需求的人才。
