将职业规划教育融入中职学前教育专业日常教学管理的探索

Abstract：
本文首先介绍了职业生涯规划的定义及中职学前教育专业，然后结合工作实际，介绍了中职学前教育学生的现状，最后介绍了笔者对中职生开展职业生涯规划教育的建议和一些在工作中的探索实践，包括中职学校应该为学生开设职业规划课程，学校应加强技术类、实践论课程的教学，增加见习、实习机会，班主任可利用工作逐步渗透职业规划领域的教育，用爱心温暖学生，帮助学生树立正确的价值观，人生观、就业观，用典型案例激励学生，帮助学生树立生活的目标，以及根据《幼儿园教师专业标准》有针对性地搜集资料和案例，对学生开展教育活动。
