    在国企基层党支部建设中，党支部书记发挥着重要的领导和组织作用。党支部书记作为党组织的核心和领导者，承担着推动党建工作、凝聚党员力量、引领企业发展的重要责任。为了更好的发挥出党支部书记的价值就需要深入分析党支部书记的作用发挥党组织的政治优势，提升国企基层党建工作水平促进企业稳定发展。本文针对党支部书记在国企基层党支部建设中的作用以及当前国企基层党支部建设中存在的不足进行了分析，探究了在国企基层党支部建设中发挥党支部书记作用的策略。
