Abstract：
随着现代建筑业的快速发展，建筑工程管理面临着前所未有的挑战和机遇。传统的粗放式管理模式已无法满足现代建筑工程的需求，而精细化管理作为一种先进的管理理念和方法，被越来越多地应用于建筑工程管理中。在工程中采用精细化管理措施，不仅能够对传统工程管理中存在的缺陷进行完善，降低工程造价，还能有效保障工程施工的顺利进行，确保施工质量达标，为企业创造更多的利润收入。本文旨在探讨精细化管理在建筑工程管理中的具体应用，以期为提升我国建筑工程管理水平提供有益参考。
