Abstract：
近年来，供电可靠性管理在电力企业中越来越受到重视。供电系统用户供电可靠性反映了供电系统对用户持续供电的能力，开展配电网供电可靠性管理是提高供电可靠性的直接有效手段。作为一种科学管理方法，加强供电可靠性管理可以提升电力企业管理水平，提高电网及设备健康质量。本文对中压配电网可靠性影响因素及提升措施进行了进一步探讨。
