    传统模式下的小学班主任管理工作更加侧重于对学生知识的传授，素质教育推进之后则更加关注学生综合素质提升及全面发展，核心素养更是成为当下教育体系中的重要构成部分，具体涉及了学科知识、创新能力、学习能力及社会责任等多方面，目的就是为了促使学生成为新时代所需求的人才。为此，基于核心素养视角下的小学班主任管理工作也深受关注，而本文也是就其具体的方法展开了探究。
