    Abstract：

    随着社会经济的发展，人们环保意识增强，各领域逐步进入低碳经济发展模式，建筑与房地产行业亦如此。在当前背景下，传统建筑与经济管理模式已无法满足行业发展需求，为在当前时代下，实现可持续发展，房地产企业需要根据时代发展趋势，对经济管理模式加以创新和优化。本文主要阐述低碳模式对建筑与房地产经济管理的重要性，并对其策略加以研究，以望借鉴。
