    随着我国工程建设行业的数智化、精细化发展，业主、施工单位以及设计单位等利益相关方对工程造价的准确性越来越重视。工程造价贯穿于工程项目全寿命周期。建设工程造价指标在建设工程造价管理中发挥出了重要的作用，本文对建设工程造价指标应用难点进行了分析与探讨，为提升建设工程造价指标应用效果提供建议。
