    Abstract：

    随着城市化进程不断推进，地铁项目建设规模在不断扩大，施工难度相应提高。此外，项目成本控制和管理在这一过程中也遇到了较多挑战。地铁工程作为一项重要的基础设施建设项目，在建设过程中面临着诸多不确定性的风险因素，导致工程造价控制的问题尤为突出。本文以某城市地铁工程项目为例，深入探讨项目造价控制内容，以期为相关地铁工程项目管理提供参考。
