    随着我国房地产市场的日益增长，房建单位在工程管理、建设技术等领域取得了长足的发展。然而，由于行业间的竞争越来越激烈，一些单位为了降低成本、追求利益，未采取有效的科学管理措施，导致整体项目质量不高，且危及到了房屋建筑工程质量以及使用安全，为此做好房屋建筑施工管理工作意义重大。
