Abstract：

现如今，我国建筑总量不断增加，住宅楼的占比逐年增加，但是其需要消耗大量能源，再加上能源消耗以及住宅建造方式缺乏和谐性，绿色建筑理念得不到充分利用，进而造成住宅存在能耗高、舒适度差等各种问题，而节能改造则逐步成为达到节能减排目标的关键构成。因此，BIM技术凭借自身特点优势在建筑领域得到广泛应用。
