Abstract：
随着旅游业的蓬勃发展，旅游行业对从业人员的职业素养要求也越来越高。旅游管理专业作为培养旅游行业人才的重要基地，其教学策略的优化与改革显得尤为重要，在当前的教育背景下，如何有效地培养学生的职业素养，使他们能够适应旅游行业的发展需求，成为旅游管理专业教学面临的重要课题。基于此，文章旨在从职业素养培养的视域出发，探索中职旅游管理专业的教学策略，以期为旅游管理专业的教学改革提供有益的参考。
