电子技术应用专业培养人才模式探究

Abstract：
经过对传统应试教育模式与工学模式的深入研究，我们发现现行的电子科技应用专业人才培养模式已无法满足多元化的人才培育需求。同时，传统模式在人才培养上显得过于随意，缺乏明确的培养目标。为了优化该领域的人才教育与培训工作，本文系统分析了当前主流的人才培养模式，并运用类推法，对1+X证书制度、工学结合模式、教学做一体化模式、评价模式以及双创型人才培养模式进行了全面的比较与评价。旨在为我国电子科技应用专业人才培养模式的改革与创新提供科学、合理的指导建议。
