Abstract：
本文首先深入剖析了国有企业政工工作的重要性，随后细致探讨了当前我国国有企业政工所面临的挑战，包括工作方式滞后、任务难度升级、思想政治教育尚未深入人心、与企业文化建设融合存在障碍等。在此基础上，本文提出了针对性的解决方案，即创新政工工作的方式与内容、培养和引进政工领域的专业人才、加强思想政治教育工作的重视程度，以及促进企业文化建设与政治工作的深度融合。
