Abstract：
在全国职业教育提倡课程思政的大背景下，通过构建多元培养模式，将工匠精神的理念合理渗透到职业教育的各个环节中，逐步让学生意识到工匠精神的理念并将其融入求学中的各个环节。通过在校几年的工匠精神文化熏陶、实践打磨，培养学生严于律己、精益求精、开拓创新的行为习惯，成为社会需要的人才。
