Abstract：
随着我国建筑业的迅猛发展，以及BIM技术在建筑业中的广泛运用，给建筑业提供了新的发展契机和新的挑战。但是，BIM技术在我国目前还处在摸索之中，缺少对其进行系统性的研究与归纳。文章对其定义和特点进行了简单的概括，对其在建筑业的发展状况进行了阐述，并对其在建筑领域的应用进行了重点阐述，希望能对同行和研究工作者起到一定的借鉴作用。
