Abstract：

在电力工业中，以节省资源、降低能耗为主要目的的节能降耗技术，尤其是在电网中的使用，不但可以增强供电的可靠与安全，而且可以有效地减少电能的损耗，改善供电品质，对企业的经济效益和社会效益具有重大意义。文章对该系统的核心部分进行了详细的分析，并对其在电网传输线上的实际意义及实现途径进行了论述。
