    随着我国经济的快速发展，建筑工程项目的数量和规模不断增加，施工质量控制已成为建筑行业面临的重要问题。建筑工程施工质量直接关系到人们的生命财产安全，因此，加强建筑工程施工质量控制具有十分重要的意义。本文针对建筑工程管理中的问题，提出了一系列对策和建议，以期为建筑工程施工质量控制提供参考和借鉴。
