高校图书馆是为学校师生提供学习和科研资料的重要场所，图书馆管理的核心目标就是提高图书馆资源利用率，满足师生的学习需求，为读者提供优质服务。随着网络信息化的发展，高校图书馆也必须改变传统的管理理念和模式，从服务理念、资源建设、人员素质、管理方式等多个方面进行创新，为读者提供高质量服务。本文以高校图书馆管理为研究对象，探讨以人为本视角下高校图书馆管理创新对策。
