社会突发变量下公共图书馆服务体系重构研究

Abstract：
在社会突发变量下，公共图书馆应该建立起科学合理的服务体系和服务机制，确保在变量中仍能高效、有序运转，发挥文化服务合力。本文以金华市域内公共图书馆为例，分析社会突发变量对管理和服务的影响，并提出应对对策，总结公共图书馆运行体系重构思考，包括建立图书馆应急服务机制、征集收存事件数据、推动行业内外融合重构等，力求塑造更健全可靠的公共文化服务体系，为应对突发事件及变量提供全面的理论支撑和实践探索。
