    Abstract：

    在工程建设全过程进行造价管理工作时，必须将工程造价管理与施工系统有机地结合起来，合理地优化其造价管理机制，从而实现对建设成本的有效控制，从而提高建筑企业的经济效益，因此，有关部门必须提高对此的关注，以保证现代建筑经济管理得以进一步发展，从而为我国的总体经济水平创造一个有利的环境。本文首先监督论述工程造价及其关键因素，然后分析全过程造价管理在现代建筑经济管理中的运用优势，最后研究在施工全过程进行造价管理的策略。
