Abstract：
“90后”教师在高校师资队伍中的占比不断增加，逐步成为教育教学工作的新生力量，这一批教师身上天然存在的“特点”是一把双刃剑，要能抓住教师职业生涯的“黄金期”，以聚焦党建引领、理想信念、能力培养、考核监督、师德激励，加强“90后”教师师德师风培养建设，通过开展理想信念教育、创新师德培养体系、加强师德舆论宣传和构建严格考评体系等措施来建立常态化培养机制，从而确保高校人才培养质量。
