Abstract：
合作能力已经成了当今社会人才的必备能力之一。在幼儿园教育中也需要将合作意识进行渗透和贯彻，加强幼儿合作能力的培养。游戏是培养幼儿合作能力的重要路径，大部分幼儿可以在自己喜欢的游戏中开展自由自在的创作和合作，那么如何在幼儿园自主游戏中发展幼儿的合作行为呢？本文对此进行简单的分析和探究，希望为相关工作提供参考。
