Abstract：
在小学体育教学过程中，核心素养的培养旨在帮助学生全面发展，促进他们在体育活动中获得自信、合作、创新和适应能力。体育教学应当以学生为中心，注重个体差异，激发学生的兴趣和潜能。通过精心设计的大单元教学，将核心素养与体育技能有机结合，使学生在体育活动中不仅获得技能的提升，更重要的是培养综合素养，为他们未来的成长打下坚实基础。
