Abstract：
“身体是革命的本钱”，健康的体魄对于个人成长和社会发展至关重要。高中阶段是学生身心发展的关键时期，体育教学不仅要传授运动技能，更要培养学生的体育意识。本文通过分析当前高中体育教学的现状，探讨体育教学中体育意识培养的重要性，并结合实际教学案例，提出针对性的培养策略，旨在为高中体育教学提供新的思路和方法，以期提高学生的体育素养和终身体育锻炼的意识。
