Abstract：
随着我国电力行业的快速发展，电力系统大修技改工程项目日益增多，项目管理质量直接影响电力系统的安全稳定运行。本文首先概述电力系统大修技改工程的项目概况，然后分析传统管理模式、项目管理模式、目标管理模式和全过程管理模式四种项目管理模式的特点；在比较管理模式优缺点的基础上，提出管理模式选择原则和适用性分析，并给出管理模式选择建议；最后，提出在实际应用管理模式时的具体实施方案、效果评估以及存在问题和改进建议。
