    中职舞蹈专业教学的发展来看，教师的能力如何会直接影响到学生的舞蹈水平和学习发展，甚至会直接影响到学生的学习兴趣以及热情，对学生的未来职业发展等产生深远影响力。目前，许多中职教师的舞蹈能力是过关的，但其在实际的教学过程中，仍旧存在着许多的待改进之处。基于此，本来就围绕中职教师展开，详细谈谈其关于舞蹈教学能力提高的有效措施。
