Abstract：
我国信息技术和我国各行各业的快速发展，我国电力行业发展也十分快速。应用电力用户用电信息采集系统于智能电网中，可使智能电网工作效率得以全面提升。同时，在海量数据信息作业中，包括数据信息采集整理、分析利用等多个方面，均可达到更精准的效果，有效避免了以往依靠人工模式带来的误差和损失。其中，尤其以企业用电管理和风险防范中的作用最为突出。目前，电力用户用电信息采集系统已然成为电力企业智能电网建设的关键性内容，还需赋予其持续发展动力，呈现出更加优质的电力服务。
