Abstract：
目前物流业正朝着数字化、智能化方向产业转型，物流企业不但需要有技术素养、工匠精神和科学思维的人才，还要有财经素养、诚信守法和创新意识，物流人才的培养越来越趋向“管理+技术+创新”的文工交叉跨界、跨专业复合型特点。从课程思政存在的问题、设计思路、课程思政的主要内容、课程思政实施方案等方面进行了全面的梳理与分析。
