教育大计，教师为本，教师是办学和育人的主体，是立德树人的关键，是一流大学的核心竞争力，是教育质量的重要保障。医学院校青年教师作为师资队伍可持续发展的主力军，对学校未来发展具有决定性作用。因此，建立一支具有高尚师德、杰出教学科研能力、国际化水平的青年师资队伍是推动医学院校高质量发展的重要支撑力量。
