    体育运动能力的培养是体育教学中的重要环节。目前小学体育教学应注重培养学生的身心健康素养，提升学生的运动能力。在新理念的引导下，体育教师应积极探索新的体育教学方式，力求让学生在轻松有趣的过程中掌握运动方法，形成良好的运动习惯，保持健康的身体素质和心理状态，从而更好地投入学习和生活中。
