    Abstract：

    专业群的发展应当根植于深厚的区域产业基础，制定具有区域产业特点的专业群标准体系，是高职教育主动适应区域社会经济发展的需要。职业院校开展“湖湘农机工匠”培养导向下的专业群标准体系研制与实践研究，符合职业教育的政策和国家及我省的发展战略。本文以国家职业教育标准为蓝本，从湖湘特色出发，探索“湖湘农机工匠”培养导向下的专业群标准体系研制与实践，为现代职业教育人才培养改革提供理论支撑和实践借鉴。
