Abstract：
体育活动在学生品德素养与团队合作能力培养中起着重要的作用，随着社会变迁和教育改革的不断推进，传统的课堂教学已经不能满足学生全面发展的需求。在这个背景下，体育活动成了学校教育中不可或缺的一部分，它不仅可以提供丰富多样的锻炼方式，更重要的是通过体验式教学的方式，促进学生品德素养与团队合作能力的培养。
