Abstract：
随着新媒体的迅猛发展，微信公众号作为信息传播的重要平台，对编辑人员的素养提出了更高的要求。本文旨在探讨新媒体视域下微信公众号编辑素养的提升作用，详细分析提升微信公众号编辑素养所面临的挑战，如：内容质量不符合标准、内容主题缺乏吸引力等，并在此基础上给予提升编辑专业技能、激发其创新思维等优化编辑素养的多重途径，促使微信公众号编辑能从中不断提升自身素养，为新媒体的发展贡献力量。
