Abstract：
随着现代教育教学的发展，需要充分考虑初中体育课堂教学效果和质量，引导学生的体育知识学习，开展高效的体育技能学习，通过体能训练的方式关注学生的素质能力，锻炼学生的核心力量，增强学生的力量和耐力。在实际的体能训练开展过程中，通过多样性的训练活动，强化学生的体育精神，全面提高学生的体育能力，养成良好的体育锻炼习惯，培养学生坚持不懈、吃苦耐劳的精神品质。
