    Abstract：

    国有企业基层班站所作为最基层的党支部，是发挥组织力，推进构建一流企业的重要节点，同时也是构建党建引领下基层治理体系的一部分。本文通过研究一种以教育党员、管理党员、监督党员、组织群众、宣传群众、凝聚群众、服务群众七个维度作为评价内容，采用访谈调查、无记名问卷调查的方法，评价党支部组织力的七个维度调研法，并加以实践，推广运用。
