Abstract：
目前，电网基建工程发展势头越来越大，已经成为国民经济不可或缺的一部分，但部分财务管理中存在的问题阻碍了工程的发展，本文在概述电网基建工程的基础上，分析了电网基建工程过程中财务管理存在的问题，包括资金计划缺乏前瞻性、工程款拨付审批低效等，原因在于电网企业与施工企业联动机制不顺，文章在最后提出了完善电网基建工程全过程财务管理的对策，如建立项目全生命周期财务管理模式、加强电网企业与施工企业的信息沟通与协调等。
