思想政治工作是国有企业的传统政治优势，是国企改革发展的政治根基。随着我国社会发展进入新时代，国有企业应将人文关怀理念注入思想政治工作中，进一步增强思想政治工作的感染力和凝聚力。为此本文就新时代背景下国有企业思想政治工作中如何注入人文关怀进行探讨分析，以前提升国有企业思想政治工作水平。
