Abstract：
驰名商标已经是现代企业追求的标签，如果成功被行政或者司法认定为驰名，那么对企业将是极大的嘉奖。目前我国的驰名商标并不多，特别是《商标法》改后，不能将驰名商标作为产品的宣传，一举肃清了以“中国驰名商标”为宣传的众多市场，也打击了其他企业申请驰名商标的积极性。日前，中国驰名商标达410件1，仍然是众多企业追求的标签，本文将解读如何驰名商标认定和保护。
