    Abstract：

    城市近郊乡村的规划建设不同于城市，在众多类型的规划中，村庄建设规划是能够有效指导乡村实际建设发展的指引性文件。近郊乡村的规划、设计、建设，需要从多维度、多专业进行规划与实施。在规划过程中，需要围绕村庄核心资源进行项目市场化发掘，最大化发挥出在地资源优势。同时在实施阶段，需要全过程咨询的服务模式保障规划设计成果的落地。
