    Abstract：

    历史建筑房屋的价值较为突出，在现阶段越来越受重视，切实做好历史建筑房屋的保护极为必要。为了有效提升历史建筑房屋保护效果，前期鉴定工作同样不容忽视，以便提供理想的历史建筑房屋保护参考资料。文章首先简要指出了历史建筑房屋保护的重要性，然后从现场测绘、取样检测以及抗震性能检测等方面入手，明确了历史建筑房屋鉴定要点，最后又探讨了如何进行历史建筑房屋保护，希望相关策略具备参考借鉴作用。
