    Abstract：

    初中语文是初中教育阶段的一门重要学科，作业是巩固学生所学知识、提高学生能力的重要手段。然而传统的初中语文作业设计往往采用“一刀切”的方式，无法满足不同层次学生的需求，不仅影响了学生的学习效果，还可能导致学生对语文学科产生厌烦情绪。因此，教师要开展分层作业设计，根据学生的实际情况和个体差异设计不同难度、不同类型的作业，提高语文教学质量和学生学习效果。
